Emergency Response Services for Latin America (ERSLA) is a unique grass roots organization strengthening the ability of first responders in Latin America, but particularly in Nicaragua. Not bad for a country with a lot of fires! ERSLA is run by a team including Rodney McDonald, a returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Nicaragua.
