 The Q50 Finca Las Nubes race is a fifty-mile ultramarathon and as far as we know, the first of its kind in the country. The non-stop run begins at 6 a.m. on October 7, so heat shouldn't be a problem as this is the coolest time of year in Matagalpa. The race, whose main sponsor is Quest Patagonia Travel & Adventures, will be donating part of their proceeds from registration fees to a health clinic in El Jobo.
